You can do small things each day to improve upon your health and lose weight. Being intelligent about the choices you make each day is a start. A suitable amount of physical activity each day is also critical. The numbers on the scale aren't the only indication of your healthfulness. You really want your body to be strong too.

  2. In a bowl of dry ingredients and egg, melted butter, milk mix all ingredients.
  3. Over medium heat, and coat generously with vegetable oil in the pan.
  4. Pour the mixture into the pan.

Make a well in the center and pour in the milk, egg and melted butter; mix until smooth. Method The easiest way to make these is to put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz. But if you do mix up the batter by hand in a bowl, make a well in the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, beat in the eggs, melted butter and milk, and transfer to a jug: it's much easier to pour the batter into the pan than to spoon it. Sift the flour, baking powder and salt into a large bowl. Make a well in the centre and add the egg and a little milk.
